Raw Banana-Chocolate Pudding

Published by yell at 11:32 pm under Uncategorized Edit This

This is a completely raw, 100% vegan tasty dessert treat. Every time I (literally) just whip-it-up, I can’t put the bowl down until it’s cleaned out.

Ingredients:

-two small, soft avocados

-one very ripe banana

-two-to-four tablespoons of agave nector (depending on your person sweet-tooth)

-100% raw, unprocessed cocoa powder or cocoa nibs ground into very fine powder (amount adjusted to your desired “chocolate” taste, though I usually find about two tablespoons to be sufficient)

Directions:

Blend ingredients in a blender or food processor until desired consistency is reached. Splash a tablespoon or so of water into the mix if it’s too thick.

Served chilled or freeze overnight and let thaw out for a close-second to ice cream.

The addition of raw peanut butter is a good one, as well.
